1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 55jj website, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform – including slot games, live casino, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you, the player, and 55jj. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of 55jj after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 55jj account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any other authentication information associated with your account.

• Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 55jj support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

55jj cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was enabled by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account login is treated as activity by you unless you have promptly notified 55jj of a security breach.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the 55jj platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method. 55jj does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside of 55jj's control.

Deposits are credited to your 55jj account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed, please allow reasonable processing time before contacting support. Do not attempt to make a duplicate deposit before the original transaction has been confirmed as failed.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed any applicable identity verification requirements.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. 55jj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one to three working days depending on your bank. 55jj aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

55jj reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect players and the platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55jj offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated clearly at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are intended for individual entertainment use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• 55jj reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe the promotion is being misused.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 55jj platform – including slot games, live casino titles, and sports betting markets – are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles and represent the theoretical long-term return over a very large number of plays, not a guaranteed return on any individual session or spin.

Sports betting odds are set by 55jj and reflect the probability of outcomes at the time the market is opened. Odds may change before an event begins. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply to that bet regardless of subsequent movement.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available except in cases of an obvious error on the part of 55jj.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, applicable settlement rules for that market will be applied. These rules are stated in the sports betting section.
• 55jj reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55jj platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate action up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction after it has been used for gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55jj staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

55jj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity that warrants investigation.
• A request from the account holder themselves to close their account.

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, 55jj will communicate with you to resolve the matter. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In cases of voluntary account closure requested by the player, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method once all wagering requirements are satisfied.

Players who have self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools may not re-register a new account during their self-exclusion period.

10 Responsible Gaming
